EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A coalition of rogue tech-conglomerates has purchased the island arc formerly known as [REDACTED]. They have declared sovereignty, suspended all international copyright laws, and established zero-tax zones for "Experimental Research."

They call it Eden.

CORTINA: "Rogue tech-conglomerates" is UN-speak for "people with money who stopped asking permission."

DIEVA: Home sweet home! Well, my parents' home. And then my home. And then the place I got kicked out of. Multiple times.

ANALYSIS

Impact: Massive brain drain detected. Top scientists from CERN, Silicon Valley, and Shanghai are migrating. Technology: They are building something. Satellite imagery detects massive ring structures (Particle Accelerators on a city-wide scale).

CORTINA: "Massive ring structures" — they mean the Accelerator Ring. It's how Eureka eventually discovered Dievarium. At this point, they had no idea what they were actually building.

INTERCEPTED BROCHURE (Public Marketing): "Tired of regulations? Tired of ethics boards? In Eden, the only limit is physics. Come build the future. We don't ask questions. We ask: 'Does it work?'"

DIEVA: I love this brochure. I have it framed. Eureka gave me the original.

CORTINA: The "no ethics boards" policy has worked out... interestingly.

THREAT ASSESSMENT

MODERATE INCREASING. While politically neutral, their tech advantage is accelerating exponentially. If they achieve [REDACTED], global balance of power shifts permanently.

CORTINA: Spoiler alert: They achieved [REDACTED]. The global balance of power did, in fact, shift permanently.

RECOMMENDATION: Monitor. Infiltrate if possible. (Note: Agents failed to return).

CORTINA: "Agents failed to return" could mean many things. In this case, it means they got better job offers. Eden has excellent benefits.

DIEVA: The healthcare is SO good here.
