DECLARATION OF UNITY

The United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, recognizing that the existential threats facing humanity—dimensional instability, ecological collapse, and transhumanist terrorism—cannot be met by sovereign nations alone, hereby dissolve to form the United Earth Force (UEF).

CORTINA: "Dissolve to form" is a very polite way of saying "merged under military command because everything was on fire."

CORE MANDATE

Safety: The preservation of baseline humanity is paramount.
Order: Dissent that threatens global stability will be neutralized.
