Admiral Chen Commends Fleet for Exemplary Paperwork
Fleet Admiral Chen today praised the 7th Fleet for achieving a 99.7% form completion rate, the highest in UEF history.
"This is what victory looks like," she stated during the ceremony held at Eden Prime Command. "When every citizen understands the importance of proper documentation, we all win."
The 7th Fleet processed over 2.3 million forms last quarter, including travel authorizations, equipment requisitions, and incident reports. Their achievement sets a new standard for administrative excellence.
Citizens are encouraged to emulate this dedication to proper procedure.

New Travel Restrictions: What You Need to Know
Effective immediately, all inter-sector travel requires Form UEF-TA-7 (Revised ESC-31). Previous versions of this form are no longer valid.
Key changes include:
- Extended personal history section (now covering 15 years instead of 10)
- Mandatory loyalty oath acknowledgment
- Property holdings declaration requirement
- Next of kin notification form
Processing time remains 4-6 weeks. Expedited processing (3-5 weeks) is available for citizens with Security Clearance Level 3 or higher.

UEF Successfully Defends Colony Against Unauthorized Migration
UEF peacekeeping forces have successfully resolved an unauthorized population movement near Eden's outer territories.
"All involved parties have been processed and documented," stated Commander Vance in an official statement. "Their cases will be handled according to established protocol."

Form UEF-FR-1 Celebrates 15th Anniversary
This week marks the 15th anniversary of the Form Request Form (UEF-FR-1), one of the UEF's most essential administrative tools.
Originally created in Year 16 ESC to streamline the form acquisition process, UEF-FR-1 has become a cornerstone of bureaucratic efficiency. Last year alone, citizens submitted over 847,000 form requests.
"Without UEF-FR-1, citizens would have no standardized way to request the forms they need," explained Director of Administrative Services, Helena Marsh. "It's a form that enables all other forms."
