The temporal dimension or also known as the fourth dimension is time. Time is therefore the fourth dimension other than the three dimensions of space. Together with the three spatial dimension it defines the space-time continuum. In contrast to the other three spatial dimensions it is not possible to free move in it. Time makes change possible or else we would be living in a static universe.
